4: I'm applying again because I like your fancy new website, and I got no real response the last time prior to the website. More seriously, I am tired of crazy talk and civil wars. I'd like some stability, a more focused, profitable direction with an alliance that has their eyes on the prize of growing and securing territory.

6: I have 6 cities, one recent opening. My cities are all level 9, and have between 6 and 9 barracks each all have embassies, relief stations, towers... yeah all that stuff. I like ATs
7. I joined this server, this game in May 2009, was a bit inactive over the summer.
8. I'm in NM on the border with Tuscany, so .HVN, but i'd consider another branch if need be.
I have enjoyed being neighbors with MISC; you are polite and yet expansive. I look forward to getting back to work.
